Creating or increasing stability will always improve your manufacturing performance. Clients experience a shift that sees high effort and inconsistent results turned into less effort and better results as soon as stability is achieved.

What changes when operations become stable.

Established in 2019, Primus Passus Consulting has helped 21 organisations, across 6 countries and 23 factories, strengthen operational performance and develop their people.

Some relationships have continued three or four years, progressing from an initial need into broader work across operational management, equipment reliability, flow, problem solving and leadership capability.

Not every outcome can be reduced honestly to a single number. Improvements such as stronger routines, clearer responsibilities, better decisions and greater team autonomy develop over time.

The duration of the work relationship, the scope of the work and the client’s decision to continue working with us provide important evidence of trust.
